RETURNS:

CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER:
Once you have filled out the order form, you will have a 24-hour window to make any changes to your order. After this period, modifications will no longer be possible. Please ensure that all details correct before submitting your order to avoid inconvenience.
DELIVERY CHARGE:
We offer a flat delivery fee of £5 for all orders, allowing you to receive your items swiftly and at a great price. Please be aware that for wedding signs and some other products, the delivery charge may differ depending on the items selected. If this applies to your order, we will reach out to you.

DELIVERY OUTSIDE OF UK
We regret to inform our customers that we do not delivery services outside the UK. We appreciate your understanding and encourage you to explore our products available for UK residents.
MY PACKAGE ARRIVED DAMAGED, WHAT CAN I DO?
If your product arrives damaged, reach out to us right away. We will promptly communicate with our local carrier to assess whether the damage was their responsibility. Please be aware that we will replace the item with the exact product you ordered, but we do not offer full refunds or allow changes to the order.

CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
